I ordered a mk purse for a Christmas present. It came a day late and when we got it the inside liner was flawed. I took it anyway but the straps are coming off of it. I contacted them and they offered me 10.00 to have it sewn. I told her I wanted my money back or a replacement purse. She never replied and when I sent her another email it got message failure. She has blocked me. Very frustrated! I spent a lot of money for this that I didn't really have. I can't believe someone would be like this!
