i thought i was calling into apple customer care, stayed on the phone with me for 4 hours all i wanted to do is back up and restore it to my new phone. they started messing around with me screen and opened up notebook and started writing codes. that's when i realized this was a scam.. be careful dont trust them and call your bank/cc and dispute it
