After purchasing my items on this website I received an email later that night saying that my items were paid for and shipped to the address given to them (mine of course) they then said in the email that they would provide me with a tracking number to locate my items. After two days of no email for tracking I contacted customer support via email and they sent an email back almost immediantely saying that my items (all of them) were out of stock and I would receive my money back within 15-20 or later. When I sent another email asking why I did not receive a letter letting me know that my items were out of stock they still have not replied back. I looked on their website and saw that they have a contact information and it says LIVE CHAT

Live chart service is available:
Monday - Sunday (GMT+8:00 AM8:00-18:00PM) but no phone number to contact them with. I still have not received email or money back. Or my items.
