Ordered a quantity of 7 clock movements only received only 1. Emailed three times, received no response back. Called 5 times and no one answered. Called the sixth time finally reached a live person claimed his name was John. Told him about the issue and he told me he would check to see if he had ample to reship or see when there was more coming and would get back to me. He never called back plus I called numerous time again and no one answered. Do not order from this company...
