Ontario Home Comfort showed up at my door when I was at work my husband let them in. They said were there due to regulation changes and they need to see my gas bill and my furnace. That we need to change the gas ventilation pipes that the law has changes or we could get red tagged and we we get a rebate.
My husband told them that I would be home in 1 hour and that he could not find a bill. So when I got home I said don't let people in our home. They are scammers I call Enbridge Gas they said we don't send people to your home to act in on our behalf and there is no way that the could red tag as they are not gas filters and don't work for Enbrigde, not to show them your bill ask them to leave and if I had any problem to call the back.
They came back once I was home I told them I was not interested and to get off my property. They would not leave after I told them to leave nicely, then using vulgar language, then calling Enbridge and a representative of Enbridge gas to leave they told he to f.... Off and to do her home work and not to tell customers not to listen to them. That they do work on behalf of Enbridge as Ontario Home Comfort and told me they change the reason they were there 4 times and threatened to get my gas red tagged then said they didn't when I threaten to call the police, they said f....u b.... You are a waste of time, and left so professional. They are scammers in our communities in Orleans/Ottawa likely across Ontario.
