They advertise Equinox day and night creams and RVTL anti-aging cream in a free trial offer. What they don't tell you is they're going to charge you if you don't call before 14 days (from order? receipt of product?).Today I was checking my bank account and saw deductions for $93.00 and $99.00. I called customer service and was told this was non-refundable. How can a FREE offer be charged to your card and then be non-refundable?? Eventually I was told they would give me $40 of the $93. When I said I would return the product I was told I could do that but they would have to pay a restocking fee. On 1/12/15 they charged two separate shipping charges of $4.95 each. Today I was charged for each product. This is a total scam. I'm going to my bank tomorrow and file a report. I'm also going to request a POD. It'll be interesting to see if I get it.
