I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered the same day. Flowers never arrived and I couldn't get anyone to answer my phone calls or emails for three weeks. When I finally got someone on phone last week they said the order had been cancelled and that the money was going to be refunded to my card. It's almost been a month .
