i signed up for their basic service and ended up being charged for their premium service, which never worked.
I TRIED CANCELING ON LINE ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU CAN NOT CANCEL WITHOUT A DIRECT PHONE CALL. I ENDED UP CANCELING MY CC IN ORDER TO STOP THEM FROM CHARGING ME.
