At the end of November I sent for some free beauty samples from the above firm.who asked for £2.99 p &p The first parcel I received on the 1/12/2014 was accepted as I thought it was the free samples.when the next delivery arrived I returned it straight away I was a little suspicious.they refunded £144.00 keeping £51.90 for re stocking ??? I have just received my bank statement between 17/11/2014 and today this firm has withdrawn £388.83 from my bank. I contacted them and spoke to a very rude Asian lady who it seemed ,,could not spell, hear or understand what I was saying. I did not receive any parcels in November and she kept asking me if I liked the samples she had sent me which I had not had. Why does it cost £51.90 to restock when they have been returned.Is this legal apparently so
