STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Horrible customer service. Luckily I ordered an inexpensive real hair wig. It was poor quality, unusable, and looked nothing like pictured. After many attempts to return the product "Lewis" was dismissive and unwilling to process a return. I was hoping he would want to have a happy customer so I could get what I needed and utilize his business for future purchases, but nope, he didn't care. I highly warn you against using this service. BTW, he didn't even honor the measly return policy provided on the website.
