I ordered a canon t3i camera seeing some good deal in their website. The next day they called me and said there wont be any charger or battery with the camera and i bought that with an additional 5 year warranty. Next week i received a camera which was ti1 instead of the original one i ordered and when i called them, they said the original one i ordered was an import model and so i had changed that to t1i. But i never said or even thought about a t1i. Next they agreed on returning that and an additonal 100 dollar they will give me a U.S model t3i. I agreed and sent back the wrong item to them. But now it's 3 weeks and no answer back from them. Even they will just pick up the phone and will put me on hold for 15 minutes and after that hang up the phone. I already filed a claim with my bank yesterday.
