I emailed to cancel the order as the Nulexa and skin essentials creams did not agree with me, lo and behold they send an order confirmation the next day and took money from m bank. Very misleading advert initially, couple of seconds to see terms / conditions. Have spoken with the company (rep at last) they will not give me the name or address of the company. The initial order only identified one suitable cream so why send and charge for two?? Unable to use either! Got one cancellation code but stil awaiting the other. Trial period being from when you order?! I keep asking how can I trial something I did not have I my hand? Still chasing this up for refund as the 100% satisfaction stated on the advert is not true when the product does not agree with you! No business name and address on the order form to write to either.
