Supposed to be free trial and was only supposed to pay £2.98 for postage, but today they took nearly £160 out of my account without informing me. When I rang twice, both women were very rude. Told them I had been in touch with my bank, and then they said I would get my money back, but only half of it!! Needless to say I created, as I live on my own on pension, so this left me with nothing! They have said I will get the full amount back. Will have to wait and see!!
