I never ordered paypal and do not want it as I have been disabled since 1997 and have not been able to drive since 2008. Someone is creating the account for me BUT I DO NOT WANT IT. I think it is Lucinda Burris as she was trying to make me pay for a trip. Please note that when I gave all the medical stuff to a charity who would refurbish it, Lucinda took my car. She wanted me to pay her $275 to move the stuff. Since then, she keeps putting me on PAYPAL, which at 66 years old I do not want. How can I stop this from happening??? I am 66 years old and have had problems with her for years.

Notify PayPal at http:www.paypal.com You will NOT need to sign up.
Email them and CALL them. Tell them to BAN your name and flag it as possible attempt at ID theft. They will investigate. Also notify your BANK and tell them that they are NOT to accept ANY charges from PayPal or without your authorization. This is the only way to protect yourself.
Otherwise you could be in for a real headache.
If this person is creating an unauthorized account in your name; they can go to JAIL. This is fraud and ID theft. If you need to contact they FBI as a last resort. Give her a chance to "correct her actions" before sicking the law on her. Do not contact her at all. Let the authorities take care of it. PayPal is a VERY good and Reliable Payment processor. If she is creating an account, she may have your credit card or bank information as well. If not, she is just harassing you. If that is the case, let the law take care of her.

NEVER DEAL WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU RECOGNIZE THAT WITH THE FIRST DISAGREEMENT. GO DIRECTLY TO THE MAIN SOURCE....MANAGEMENT OF ANY COMPANY AND KEEP PURSUING/PESTERING HIGHER MANAGMENT,NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE MIDDLE PERSON. GOOD LUCK!
