This company is tied in with familylink.com. I received an e-mail on September 27, 2011,from familylink because I had looked up information on their site in June. The e-mail invited me to search for family information and to register with archives.com for a brief 3-day "trial." When I tried to cancel before the trial was up, the procedure for doing so was so confusing that I missed the deadline and was billed $39.95 for a year's membership. At the same time, I was billed to pay another vendor $39.33 for a service that I had not requested. I called my credit card company and disputed both charges.
