Ordered free month supply for slendera and cleanse and agreed to the payment of only 4.95. ordered product on 11/10, never recieved bottles and due to holidays thought it got lost in mail, called customer service number provided in email confirmation and was informed that my order showed on their system as being delivered on 11/18. Was offered another order and I declined and asked to cancel my account. Towards the end of the month charges showed up on my account for about $175 billed by pacificahealthservice. When I called back not only was my account not closed but I was rudely informed that I was under contract to pay the fees, was told that no reimbursement would be given!!! The csr that I spoke with informed me that had I called within the 15 day allotted free trial offer then my card wouldn't have been charged. When I explained that I never recieved the product he informed that it wasn't their fault!! I informed the csr that by the 15 day free trial period I was still in time to get charges off. I was informed that the free trial period started the day I placed the order (11/10)and not the day they had in their system (11/18) as the day my product arrived. I was flabbergasted and informed him that how can it be a free trial if it starts on the day the product was ordered seeing how they tell you that it takes 5-7 business days to receive, that's not a free trial in my eyes!!! The csr was very rude and said there was nothing that could be done and that I was responsible for the charges. I've tried to contact better business bureau but haven't gotten a response yet. I'm telling everyone I know that this company is ripping people off!!! I just want the charges taken off my account. Never recieved the product to begin with and I don't feel like I should be liable for ANY charges!!!!
