I responded to a free trial ad....as soon as I got the product and tried it I was disgusted by the cheap smell. I called them to get a return authorization and they informed me they would charge me $99.00 since it was 16 days since I ordered the product. never mind that I got it one day before contacting them. They said they charge a restocking fee and shipping charges...I am waiting to see if I get anything back. Very argumentative, pushy and suspicious handling on the telephone.
