tried the lean spa and cleanser lost total of 3 pounds. When my next shipment came in I thought maybe I was doing something wrong so continued using. Half way through the bottle I called and canceled. They sent 2 more bottles so I returned those. 2 weeks later I received 2 more bottles, so I returned them and called to cancel again. Was told they would issue a refund but it would take up to 6 weeks for refund. After 6 weeks I called again and was told there was a mix up, but my refund would be sent within 3-4 weeks. Now 4 weeks later they are no longer receiving calls. The paper they sent me said a credit would be issued in 1-2 business days. It also states will refund money if not satisfied.
