On October 19th, I came across www.tryregalecigs.com and was lead to believe that I was getting a free starter kit.The site was enormous with lots of "testimonials" and pictures of attractive young women smoking their product. You have to scroll all the way down to the bottom and make sure that you have a magnifying glass to find the terms and conditions.
They knowingly are extorting money from people by deceptive business practices and outright extortion.
On November 4th, I discovered that my checking account was overdrawn, and then I learned that Regal e cig extorted $119.95 and again at $67.04.The next day, my bank fined me $35 for an overdraft fee.In total, they owe me $222 back.In fact, I want to sue them.
