I used my entropay card at tracfone, but the transaction was declined twice. When I checked my account at entropay I found out that a hold had been put on the funds even though the transactions didn't go through. Entropay said it could take up to 30 days for the hold to expire. I contacted tracfone and they told me their pre auth expires after 24hrs. Entropay tells me they can do nothing, that it's visa regs to hold up to 30 days. Well, 30 days have past and now they say they'll forward to their account people. We'll see. As for those that had their cc used at entropay without their permission you need to contact your cc and file a dispute. Usually they'll give you a provisional refund while they investigate. After they find in your favor the refund becomes permanent. If they don't do a provisional refund they have 10 business days before they HAVE to credit you the money. If they don't find in your favor you have to pay the money back. This is for fraudulent transactions with debit or credit cards. It also covers other electronic transactions. This is federal law. If you're not in the US then you need to contact your cc people to find out what you can do.
