Hi



I would like to informed you that i am from india and i have reported a fraud which is happened using my debit card details in Entropay web site by a fraudulent person and i have tried and contacted them as well , the entropay team as able to find my card details used in there web site for fund transfer.
i being in india i have sent all required proof to entro pay team to conform that i am the legal owner of the account and my money is been used in entropay web site by a fraudulent person ,entropay team informed fund will be transferred to amazon i also request them to put a hold on all fund transfer which is happening and .
also to contact amazon to put hold on any product which is been booked by the fraud guy.

But the entropay team is not taken any action on this and is helped the fraudulent guy in getting the product booked also i think entropay team is helping fro the fraudulent activity to happen .
we Indian's are loosing out our money because of this fraudulent activity happening in this web site and wesite people are not ready to take any action in prevention fraud
i kindly request you please look into this matter and please help me on this

i can forward all the required mail which i have sent to entropay team in reporting fraud.
