this company is an absolute rip off, they were supposed to help me boot up my computer but want the money up front. They were unsuccessful in getting the computer to work. They stated they read me the terms and conditions and I agreed. Seeings I come from a customer service background and no about the hidden costs in the terms in conditions I would never agreed to paying up front, before issue could be resolved.
