recieved a call on my cell phone from the company Web Media Mall, LLC out of Phoenix arizona. they talked me into jioning a web based business for $399. I asked many questions including the cancellation and refund policy which satisfied my interest in trying the nprogram out. after i signed up i did some research and found that many people have been unable to cancel and recieve refunds from this company. when i call the customer service number there i is a voice mail system and you can never get to a live person to process the cancellation and they keep referring you to another number which no one ever answers. any time you do get a person on the phone they tell you they are not authorized to process anything other than leads and buyers and not cancellations. very frustrating. i will be contacting my credit card company to protest the charges to my account.
