Troy Harp is a scammer he screwed us over $2300 on work done to his boat. He took his 29" Conquest boat to Audio Express to have a custom stereo installed. They did not know what they were doing and screwed him over. He then brought us the boat to fix and it was a disaster. We rewired and reinstalled the whole system. He approved all of the work and loved the work we did for him. We put over 100 hours into redoing his system that Audio Express hacked in. He then picked up his boat and thats when the problem started with him. He wanted a cash discount for the $5500 bill but only had $200 cash on him. He then wanted to put $2000 on two separate credit cards and still wanted a cash discount price. He said he would pays us after he tested out the stereo. The stereo tested out great. He had many compliments at Saquaro lake from other boaters. When I went over to settle up with him he kept giving me the run around. Finally we met and he paid me $1000 in cash and said that is all he feels like paying and tried to bully me. He still owes us $2300. He also screwed over Bergeron Marine for $500 and tried to blame it on the owners son. Do not do business with this piece of shit. He even told me how he has screwed over other people in the past and told me he would of been a billionaire instead of a millionaire if he hasn't been screwed over and that I should get use to it like he has. We don't do business with asshole like this.
