I received a confirmation email that they had received my payment and to give 3-5 business days to process my order and as soon as it was processed I would receive shipping information. I have NOT received any shipping information. I also paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping. When I go to their website to check on my account and I try to login, they said that my email address is incorrect and this is bogus because they'd been sending me emails! :-(
