I fot a pop up stating I ended drivers updated , I pd 39.99 for this and then the tech live connect agent was on the line telling me they could work on my computer to clean it up and make it run more efficiently , they had remote control about 4 hrs after I pd 349 .99
And since then my imputed has run really slow and when I finally contacted Microsoft they said that tech line connect was not affiliated with them and after paying another 99.00 they ran diagnostics for 6 hrs and removed more than 15 viruses
Tech liberty connect is a scam and I want my money back for the 349.99 as well as the 39.99 for the driver support
