In July, I tried running a credit report for my minor child, which I did not know at the time was unallowed. I did submit credit card information, but when the report was not generated, I received a message that my card would not be charged. I have now received two monthly charges for credit reporting services I have never received. I tried to log in to cancel these charges, but the website claims none of my email accounts are valid. This company is a scam. Dealing with my credit card company now to dispute charges and block this company from charging me further.
