Bought a bed off them and received it with a damaged box. Looked ok though so I assembled the bed as per instructions. Within four months the whole side cracked on the bed nearly spearing my wife with sharp dagger like pieces of wood. Somewhat phased I rang them asking for a refund. They said it wasn't possible and that it was out of warranty so I asked if they could just send me a repair part. I paid $30 and the bed lasted for another three months. Now the middle bar supposedly made of quality metal has bent out of shape and nearly snapped. This bed is not safe at all. I would avoid this company like the plague. Currently looking to take them to fair trading. Done it before and won with another company. Not hard to do so please don't hesitate to do the same if you get conned.
