We ordered a tv cabinet in July, and recieved it on the 21st of July. Opening the packaging (no damage to box) only to realise that there is 2 chunks taken out of the cabinet and one of the drawers and magnet strips are completely broken/unusable!
Not happy, we rang them straight away and put in a complaint! After months and months of US having to call and email them. Them giving us broken promises for them to get back to us and have the problem fixed (which they never even called or emailed). They made up excuse after excuse.
we got fed up and threatened them with consumer affairs. Nearly 6 months later and we FINALLY recieve a replacement cabinet!
We unwrapped our replacement cabinet only to find that half of it wasn't put together!!
WILL NEVER, EVER GO THROUGH THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
