Hello,
after I signed in and paid (after special 50% Off offer) via credit card - that side never was possible to get into. Always denied to open, no user name, no password, no email... but they took my money. And the help desk asked me 4 x to send a desktop print out of the error message. I sent it 3 x but always reply that stuped question. I think AYI is a fake company... People should be aware of that. Best regards, Dieter
