I recently purchased something on June 25th. My credit card was charged immediately. It said 1-3 days processing and 3-4 weeks delivery. When I log on to my account it still says the status is "pending". I've called all the contact #s. They are 'unavailable'. I have emailed the [email protected] email 4 times. No response yet. I know it's not a large amount of money but still. Here I was just waiting for my product. I think I had ordered something from them before no problems. I wish I had Googled and read the reviews.
