I am being charged for a product that I did not receive. Gave them my claim number from the post office where they are investigating it but the rep Fred #K2510 told me its my fault that I was still going to be charged. I will post this complaint on my FB page & email all my friends out of the lack of compassion this company have for people and their concerns. I've contacted my bank & the BBB to makae them aware of this con & scamm
