I and my wife and brother were looking in the windom of this shop and were approached by a shop worker. He informed us that all phones were half price. So we bought a phone for 40 euro. Immediately we had bought the phone we were told that the phone would not work without a hard drive which would cost an extrs 48 euro. Upon hearing this I decided that I did not want the phone and asked for my money back. I was told fairly aggressively that there was no refunds given. A heated discussion followed during which I was pushed by the young shop worker. I felt very intimidated most of the time in the shop and in the end we left with a phone that I had no desire to buy. I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could.
