I received an e-mail from a contact from my address book and it was a testimonial from my friend about the effectiveness of green coffee bean. I ordered it and tried it. It doesn't work. I asked my friend who I thought had recommended it and she said that her address book was hit with a virus and she had been told by other friends that they received bogus emails from her. She was very apologetic and said she'd never used the product. I tried to get on the website, I tried calling the phone number on the bottle to no avail.
