I had a man call himself Samuel Smith call me yesterday and a leave msg today saying Legal proceeding had begun against me and I need to call back 213-337-8678 and ask for Chris Evans, the Warrant officer. He said a procedure for a warrant had begun and he was from the legal dept. from the dept of treasury. Obvious fraud, did not call back
