I sent for a trial sample of Serum and gave my Debit Card number to cover postage and packing. The somewhat large sample arrived and a few days later a jar of Cream (not requested). On 1 July two sums of monies were deducted from my Bank Account and upon questioning this was told I had not cancelled a proposed order within the 14 days (I had never ordered any cream). A further Serum and Cream was received which I told the Company I do not want and would return upon the receipt of the money being refunded to my Bank Account. They have blocked my emails and have acknowledged I will not pay any more money. say they have cancelled future deliveries. The print which gives the information about cancelling within 14 days is so small it is almost invisible. I and others I speak to see this as an appalling scam. At no time was any amount of money for further deliveries mentioned and £99.75/£95.95 is a considerable amount for a face cream particularly when not wanted.
