I booked a flight ticket from www.cheapflight-air.com, from LAX to ICN, Seoul. First when I booked the ticket they said I have 48 hours left till I make my payment and I had to either choose paypal, bank transfer, or western union. I selected paypal and then the company mailed me that there is something wrong with the system so I have to choose between western union and bank transfer. So I chose to do the bank transfer, wasted 45 dollars for transaction fee which is find as long as I get my ticket, but ridiculous thing is I told them I will deposit money on this date, on this time. They confirmed. Then they told me their bank account reached the limit of receiving money so I have to cancel my transaction and put the money into different bank account. Ok, sure. I did. 5 days passed. No TICKET. supposed to fly in 7 days. so I started to research and there were 35 people who already got robbed by this website. They never answer their calls, they never answer their emails. I've made statement that if I don't get my ticket or my money back I will report to the police and they lately replied saying sorry that there was some error so my booking got cancelled or whatever, and they said the refund will be happening in 5-7 days. it's been 9 days and I haven't got any emails saying they have made the refund nor the money isn't in my account right now. This company is total fake scam shit and never, ever purchase from here. I am already ready to sue them if I don't get any reply within 1 week.
