I've been searching online for a cheap ticket from Kuwait to USA..and I got this website (www.cheapflight-air.com) that offer a really cheap tickets ever.. I booked a flight from Kuwait to Abu Dhabi to CMH, in Ohio.. and when I reached to the payment method I couldn't find a master or visa card method to pay so I sent an email to them, someone called (Kevin Reed) respond and told me that they are having problems taking payment through master card and they are only taking payments through American express, bank transfer and western union and they need 10 business days to fix this issue, and if I want to wait till the next 10 days my booking might be cancelled and I have to make another new booking with definitely a higher price!! at that time, I didn't mind and I told him that I'll wait.
I got busy, then a week later, when I checked their website I found my booking was the same with no change or cancellation.. I found it weird cause I told this Kevin that I'll be waiting for the next 10 days even If my booking is cancelled. I didn't ask further or make more searching.. my Mistake. so I contacted them again and told them if they fix the issue or not, they told me not yet but I can pay by any other three available payments methods and they are safe and I do not have to worry and everybody use it. so this Kevin gave me a name of a guy who is in Turkey to send him the money.. I told him if I need any more information about this guy but he said the name is enough... so I went to a Western Union and paid the money.. he sent me an email and asked me to send him the Western Union receipt so I did.. In their website they said after they get the payment the will send the e-Ticket right away. I waited for 2 days and no one send me anything so I email them again asking for my e-Ticket and this Kevin respond and told me sorry we didn't receive your money yet.. I went to a Western Union to make sure and the employee told that the guy in Turkey already got the money. so I email Kevin and I told him that but he was insisted that they didn't get my money and he gave me a different name of another guy in UK to pay him?? I was like WHAT???.... unfortunately, after that I made a lot of searches about this travel agency and I found a lot of complaints about it.. and this is a Fraud agency and those guys are Fraudulent!!!
so please BE CAREFUL everyone and don't trust such an agencies.. If anyone is really good in computer, websites and IT and can block this website, we will be so appreciated.
