As I was walking out of Norstrums in the mall
I was approached by a young male holding a sample. I said that I was not interested he handed me the sample and took me in the store front, there he applied creams to my skin and told me that I should buy them. I saqy the prices and said No. Then he said he would give me three creams for $200.00 in sstead of the $399.00 per bottle his special discount. He showed me on a ipad the web site with the high prices. I did give him my cash 200.00 plus tax. i had ask if they were returnable he said ofcourse. i had an uneasy feeling as I left the mall. I did not even open them or take them out of the bag along with the receipt. I got back to the westchester mall in 11 days after the purchase, I went in the store and there he was, there were other people in there also, customers. Maurisio took the bag and lurded me into the middle of the mall where there was another young female.
He told me that there was a 7 day return policy and that he could not give me my money back. I asked to talk to the manager.Ofcourse the manager was also the owner that was finishing up with some other poior customers. I had to wait about 1/2 an hour. to make sure that there were no more customers in the store. He had asured me that he was going to take care of this. Hah did I get back my MONEY NO, WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM AND THE PEPOLE THAT WORK THERE DON't be lured in. I'M VERY SURPRISED THAT THE WESTCHESTER MALL ALLOWS THIS.
