signed up for free trial of skincare product paying only £4.95 p&p Did not receive in time to trial properly. When you click on link in advert to cancel further arrangements it did not respond at all. Full price of £95 is not mentioned anywhere in the advert for the free trial. I have now emailed company to ask for a refund and to ensure any further arrangements with them are cancelled
