Was having trouble with my computer, was refered to them. Charging me $299.99 for two years to fix my computer. Was on the phone with someone I could not understand, and he could not fix my problem. I was on the phone for TWO and a half hours. Went to my cable company and they fixed it in 20 minutes. RIPOFF I want my money back
