On March 26th, I put in a request for a sample of this skin care product. They put through an expected $2.95 charge [to cover shipping and handling...] I received my product, and made MANY ATTEMPTS at CANCELLING THE FUTURE CHARGES to my account. There was NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE via email OR through their website! I kept getting the 'IGNORANCE CARD' played when I kept calling them. Since I COULD NOT CONTACT THEM TO CANCEL, on April 9th, 2014, they put through a charge for $129.95. This was simply payment for the sample that was sent to me. [or so they said.] I am STILL RECEIVING 'no respondent' emails telling me that they had made numerous attempts at putting through this charge, but that they had been unsuccessful. They had no record of such an email being sent. This makes me wonder if they're going to charge me twice - for this amount, if they continue to submit the charge for payment. At this point, I had cancelled ALL associations with this company. Then on June 9th, a charge [in the amount of $132.90] was made from 'Cellogica Recurring...' This tells me that they DID NOT CANCEL MY 'ORDER!] Now, I'm thinking this is going to be an ONGOING DILEMMA. I need some assistance in getting this straightened out, and would like to thank you for any help you might be able to give me.

There IS an INTERESTING 'PLOT' TWIST.
I gave my friend my debit card info [to get her own trial sample sent to her,] When she received it, she cancelled the order. I cannot locate documentation of that charge [for the 2nd sample].

I THOUGHT MAYBE the $132.90 was [for my friend's order,] the same as the $129.95 charge. Payment for the product sent.

When I called to inquire, they said they had no record of EVER GETTING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.

THEY DENIED THE WHOLE THING!

Then, last Friday, my friend just received another package [from an unknown sender] and it feels like the same packaging as the original [and subsequent] sample[s].

This is a slipshod company who thrives on taking advantage of people's private banking information by treating it frivolously.
