Banks would not modify my loan. This company contacted me, I was skeptical at first and than i said ok<he claimed he could bring my payments to one sum, in order to start i had to send the funds, i broke them down to 90 days, before i knew was over 4 months, told me to send 2198.00 so they could send to mortgage bank, when called back told me, no this is for their fee, over 90 days, til this day i am in foreclosure, out of money, would not refund, giving me run around.>
