had 2 containers of proactive diet pills.just paid half postage cost for them using my credit card.4 weeeks later,another lot arrived,which i didnot ask for.4 weeks later again.another lot arrived,so alarm bells started ringing.I CHECKED MY BANK STATEMENT,AND FOUND THEY HAD TAKEN OUT 2 LOTS OF 79.95POUNDSi managed to cancel the next amount due out.i phoned proactive on 0844 745 4433 and spoke to christina holt as i was told to send the items back by recorded delivery to get a refund.that was 2 weeks ago,and recieved nothing.they have gained twice,as they have charged me ,and recieved the product back.christina holt said they only refund the last payment.when i questioned her,saying its not good for customer relations,she was arguing with me,saying i wont get any more money back.she then put me on hold,music on,and totally ignored me.Iadvise everyone not to deal with these leeches,they just dont care less.IF I HAD KNOWN the cost of these items iwould not have got involved.
