My debit card was charged $28.41 on 12/12/2012 when I checked my bills today (12/31/2012).
The entry stated "GRC*PROACTIV SOLUTION 800-8872824 CA 12/11" for $28.41
I never heard of this company and virtually never used the involved debit card for any purchases from vendors other than Valve and Apple. I therefore NEVER made such purchase.
I would want the company to refund the "purchase" as soon as possible, and never charge my card again.
