My internet carrier gave me number to answersby
to call about computer problem. They said I would by talking to Gateway Computers. I was
connected so someone from India whom I could not
hardly understand. He said they were the only ones who could fix my computer. Was on the phone for 2 nights in a row for about 6 hours. They
charged me $149.99 and did not fix my computer.
Had to take to Best Buy to get it fixed. This company is a rip off and if Gateway is associated with them, I will never buy another
Gateway computer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
