I was looking for a great dane puppy online & ran across an ad on petfinder.com . they wanted my email so we could discuss price & which puppy i wanted . a woman going by Rachel Cook sent me pictures & i chose a puppy . she claimed that she had just moved to London, England & got a new job & didnt have the time for the puppys anymore so she was just adopting them out for free but she said that i had to pay for the flight from London to my home . she contacted me via email after a few days of chatting to me about the puppy i wanted , she said that a pet transporting agency would be contacting me with instructions on how to pay for the pups flight . i got an email a few hours later from a travel agency going by the name "world wide pet transporting agency" instructing me to western union them 250.00. i checked out their site & they were located in Accra, Ghana in Africa . stupidly, i used my debit card on their site & payed for the pup . later , i started to question myself about the whole situtation & checked out the site alot better & realized i was scammed . i should have checked it out better in the beginning but i guess i was just excited about the puppy & didnt think it through .
