This shipping company charges you $500 for a delivery "insurance" fee. And once the delivery is complete they refund you 90%. So they say. You can never speak to a live person, and they kept texting me telling me how now they have to charge me $300 upfront for driving through a different state to deliver my pet. When I asked to speak to the director of the company, I was told that he was too busy to speak to me. All they want is your money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
