I bought 2 watches from this company One of the watches was faulty. I Emailed them and they asked me to take pictures of the watch whic I did and sent it to them. Weeks later thye Emailed me and aske me to send t to China which I did in registered post at my expense. Never heard for many weeks and the my Postman brings me a parcel. Yes it was the watch unopened the other end and just returned to sender. Another costing to me.
I Emailed them again and after about 2 weeks got a reply saying that they would get in touch with China as this company is in the USA. Waited many more weeks and nothing happened. I Emailed them again threating to tell all on Facebook, Twitter and any other social media I could find what a disgusting cheating and dishonest company that they are.
So its just about five months and I still havent been given a new watch or a refund.
Absolutely disgusting how they can get away with this. Not only me but many others as well.
