Dear sir,
I have made a purchase of Polarised Women Sunglasses via Streetdeal website. the delivery stated in the voucher will start on 30 April 2014 and will takes 7-14 days. but till today, it is already 28 May 2014 and the item still not delivered to me as it suppose to be.
i have sent and email to Streetdeal ([email protected])and to the merchant <[email protected]>,on 26 May 2014 but no reply till today. I have notify Mr Chris Le using [email protected] to confirm on my purchase and attached the voucher. Mr Chris Le has replied my email and noted on my purchased on 15 April 2014. i have called Streetdeal customer service number at 603-62019699 and no once pick up the phones since yesterday. in summary, no email replied and no calls was answered.
it is very disappointing purchase using this website as no body entertain my query.
